This job had to be carefully planned from sizing the tanks to the final product, all with minimal fuss to the production plant.  Our designer then got to work her magic on putting the designs together for the tanks, from a picture of each bottle to adding a backdrop to the final product.  After our client was happy with the final images the big task began.  The tanks had to be cleaned by our team to ensure perfect cover before we applied the material which was a high-quality film, adhesive, and liner, combined with a distinctive coating technology that provides outstanding print performance. We also applied a premium grade PVC overlaminate to this, both materials are guaranteed for 7 years.  The images had to be cut around the welds of the tanks to allow the brewery staff to be able to check these for leaks every few months.  A post-heat seal application was then applied to the newly designed tanks to complete the job. 

From the very beginning, everybody was excited to see how this job would turn out, and along with our clients we were not disappointed and absolutely delighted with this final product.
